Eikon Tattoo Supply is committed to providing artists with the highest quality equipment; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our warehouse.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the items in their original, unopened packaging and include a copy of your invoice with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Send your return via a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned goods, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
